Unfortunately I am very disappointed with the service I received here. First of all, this was a Valentine's Day gift and Omar told me he would call me the day before so I could pick it up. He never did. The Business is closed on Saturday so I couldn't go pick it up then I decided I would pick it up on Monday but Monday rolled around and I got a call saying that he was doing it that day (today) And he told me that the whole phrase I wanted embroidered wouldn't work so I told him just to do the first phrase. Omar is an absolute lifesaver! I needed a last-minute embroidery job, and not only did he deliver—it exceeded all expectations. The quality of the work was incredible, with every detail looking clean, precise, and professional. I just opened Quintessential Grooming Barbershop 3 doors down from Creative Innovators. I needed signage for my door. Mr. Omar provided me with a high quality door sticker that displays my logo, hours of operation and phone number. He did it in a short turnaround time and at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use him for future projects and I highly recommend his services.
Best embroidery and screen printing in town! Omar has been doing my company shirts for the past 20 years. He is on top of everything to ensure that everything is exactly how you want. It can’t say enough about creative innovators they are excellent.
