refusing service because of board policy is one thing, belittling me because I'm a male getting a haircut at a beauty college is another. Shame on the teachers for treating a client like that in front of their students!
I have been to Vandalia campus twice. Always friendly and wait time with appointment is less than a 5 minutes. I would love to be able to leave feedback for individual stylists during my visit.
