I had a really disappointing experience with my hair highlights. I ended up with four different colors, and the blue toner made it look even worse. I booked a touch-up appointment hoping to fix the issue, but somehow my hair turned out even worse than before. Terrible experience. Staff were extremely rude and careless. My child’s neck was badly scratched and bleeding. I clearly informed them that he has diabetes and needs gentle care, but they showed no concern. The owner himself did the haircut, not another worker. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
