I ordered Neat Heat baseboard thru Amazon. It did not fit in the tight space I had to work with. Returned item. Was refunded ONLY the sales tax of $1.79 instead of the full amount $28.77. Creative Hydronics replied that the difference of $26.98 was their non-refundable shipping fee. Shame on them!! $26.98 was the full cost of the item I purchased. It does NOT cost $26.98 to ship a 1 lb, 6.9 oz item from NJ to MA. *** DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ***
