All sales staff were very helpful. Steve was our initial contact but dealt with two others to complete the purchase and get answers to questions. The provided cover caddy didn’t work for us. Creative Hot Tubs worked with us to exchange our cover caddy for another.
Almost got hit by one of their drivers entering my community through the exit gate at high speed. He didn't even bother to slow down or stop at a blind intersection.
