The team at Creative Hot Tub Designs is THE BEST! We ordered our tub from them late last year and despite some delays on the manufacturing side, they have helped us get out hot tub quickly and efficiently. They are knowledgable about the products and very customer service oriented. I could not recommend a better place to buy a hot tub for the greater Reno/ Tahoe area!
