From the moment we entered the store we were treated with exceptional service. Ingrid helped us, answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable on all of the products in the store. We ended up purchasing a Canadian made couch, Ingrid helped us with the fabric for our couch and the decorative pillows. Our couch came in the time frame we were told. I can not say enough nice things about this company and Ingrid in particular. I recently moved and purchased amazing CANADIAN made exceptional quality living, dining, bedroom furniture as well as a desk for my den to furnish my new place. I could not be happier with my pieces. I had the desk and Kitchen set made of solid "wormy" Maple. It is absolutely stunning! We finally made the move away from hand-me-downs and Ikea couches! Maria was a dream to work with! Super knowledgeable and helped us with our many questions! I convinced my husband to agree to a very dark orange velvet and he loves it! ATTN cat owners! I had done the research, and after having the couch for 7 months, I can say the internet is right! This fabric is perfect in the fight against claws. The weave is too small to latch onto and even deters them from trying to scratch it
Two and a half months ago Great job with custom order. Friendly service and design assistance. Product arrived in a timely fashion and delivery was coordinated very well. I am very happy with the product.
