I would be careful with this store, they seem very aggressive to their customers. Didn’t even let me in as I was apparently not the type of customer they were looking for.
I purchased a ring here, it was overpriced, I didn't mind as I was creating a memory in Alaska... but what I found completely appalling was that we went back into the shop a few hours later and Ali and Fernando, our sales people, had no idea who we were... are we just suckers to these folk that hour faces are not worthy of remembering for a few hours, especially after dropping so much money? I tried to just look alone at some of the items, the person was instantly in my face. I asked to be left to wonder after a few minutes I went & bought rings & earrings from the next ship.
The shop staff tried to tell the spot price of gold was $300 a gram when it's $108. Obviously they are just trying to hoodwink unwary tourists. 2.5 gram "nuggets" for $900! But for me they'll discount to $600 lol. Only 300% markup. Watch out!
I purchased a lovely Pearl ring while on my Alaska cruise. I had an issue and the store manager couldn’t have been kinder and accommodating in solving my issue.
