I rented 4 suites/tuxes from them for my recent wedding, I was in canada and contacted them through email and phone, other then not getting an initial reply on email and having to call and check in, after that they were very helpful and over the phone/text and email were able to accomidate my very specific requests and large groomsmen, they met us at our hotel in our room a day before the wedding with shoes and tuxes, got the boys fitted, accepted payment right there and were off, easy breazy, we just drop the tuxes at the b... read more
