Terrible upper management and horrible work ethics; was an assistant manager for four years in one of their stores, awful work experience.
Extremely rude and unprofessional. I am not sure how these people have any customers. Every experience is unpleasant from in the store right up the chain to the corporate office. I'm a former employee and I called to get info on my W2's. The woman I spoke with, Sandra, told me that it was already mailed out and that it wasn't their problem if I didn't correct the address.
