While i feel that sometimes florist should be able to help one another out in order to satisfy the needs of the customer it is at the shop owners discretion to find a minimum starting price as they see fit. One of the girls in our shop had the unfortunate experience of letting the employee, manager or perhaps the owner know what the minimum for our shop was to be insulted with cuss words and then rudely hung up on.
