Our experience with Hayley Wonka was extremely positive. She is highly knowledgeable and professional. Needed to hunt down a very specific tile at a low quantity... Most stores would turn you away. Brad the sales associate was more then helpful to get me exactly what I wanted and did it with a smile (even though it was probably the lowest $ order amount of the month) Go in and ask for Brad he's got you covered.
