Creative Flooring UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE. Creative flooring did the laminate and tile installation in our Bill Clark home. From the beginning, there has been one disappointment after another. Initially our laminate floor had raised areas that caused trips in some places. Additionally our tile backsplash was installed with white instead of gray grout. Initial installation was terrific. Had most of house done, then added another room. Follow up on some repair items has been very poor. Several appointments were no shows, very unprofessional, not customer friendly in follow up on small jobs. Warranty work? Good luck. Not recommend again.

I bought my house two 1/2 years ago from the builder . I noticed two days ago that some pieces of the lvp have come unglued. Upon calling to inquire , Ronnie informed me that they were out of warranty. When I inquired back about the issue being the glue , or install issue he told me quite rudely the " floors don't just jump up by themselves" . I am disgusted by the tone and manner that he used. Rude and unprofessional at the minimum.
