I’ve been going to this gym for a few months now, and I really enjoy it. It’s always clean, well maintained, and has a no-nonsense atmosphere. The environment is disciplined but friendly, with everyone focused on their workouts. Unlike many other gyms, there are no loud phone calls or unnecessary distractions. Eric is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly takes the time to help you reach your goals.

This gym changed my life. I fell in love with exercise again thanks to this amazing facility. It's clean, truly open 24/7 with keycode access, the owner is always adding new equipment, equipment is well-maintained, bathrooms are clean and the monthly membership is a great price. Plus, there are so many great machine options! (War ropes, monkey bars, etc.) Respectful and courteous members-no nonsense.
