Creative Family Solutions has been the best supervised visitation provider I have worked with. I'm a new client and chose them after being recommended to them by opposing counsel and court in my family law case for supervised visitation. Hannah is our supervisor and is attentive, fair, and my son seems to not be phased by her company. Jennifer (the owner) is prompt at responses and answering questions and helps explain processes clearly. I wish no one need these type of services ideally- but if the needs arise- would certainly recommend them.
This program does not support reunification, healing, or safety. It fosters a hostile, dismissive, and adversarial environment under the guise of professionalism. If your goal is to preserve or rebuild trust with your children, this is not the place. Parents: protect your rights and your children’s emotional well-being. Avoid Creative Family Solutions at all costs.
I have had services with this company since May. Overall I have had a pleasant experience until recently. I was ordered to do supervised visits. I have noticed over time there have been important details ommitted from the reports and most recently they billed me for $127.50 for conversations with my ex and have refused to meet with me to discuss things and have refused to have calls with me. Absolutely a delight to work with and always makes my child feel like they have a safe environment. If you need a calm, safe space to have a wholesome and peaceful visit environment I absolutely recommend working them.
