I have had services with this company since May. Overall I have had a pleasant experience until recently. I was ordered to do supervised visits. I have noticed over time there have been important details ommitted from the reports and most recently they billed me for $127.50 for conversations with my ex and have refused to meet with me to discuss things and have refused to have calls with me. Absolutely a delight to work with and always makes my child feel like they have a safe environment. If you need a calm, safe space to have a wholesome and peaceful visit environment I absolutely recommend working them.
If you’re a parent looking for a safe, neutral, and professional space for supervised parenting time, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. Creative Family Solutions, despite advertising years of “training and experience,” does not provide the level of care, integrity, or professionalism that families need—especially during high-stress legal matters involving children. For people who are struggling financially, this company has made it so you don’t have to go into debt to be with your loved ones. The services are worth way above what you have to pay and I think the owner knows this… but I think she truly cares about her work . I applaud this company and how hard she works
