If I could give zero stars I would. When we picked up chairs we rented they were caked in dirt and smelled. Called asap and we could not get them back to the company so we had to clean them before our event. Talked to Amy at the office and she told us she would let the owner know. He never bothered to call us back. When I called back to see what they would do about it since I sent pictures Amy in the office state that the owner said they didn’t look like their chairs. 1 star for equipment we rented. We rented 15 white chairs for the bridal shower and the chairs are filthy. Looks like it handled by an auto mechanic with the dirty oily greasy hands. We spent over an hour cleaning the chairs with a big box of magic erasers. I wish I can upload some pictures on this review. The good part about this rental for us is the lady we spoke with and she is very professional and easy to deal with.
