Same. If I could give 0 star, I would too. Unacceptable dirty and very worn down chairs. I was very embarrassed hosting our Christmas dinner, as I rented from them and needed extra tables and chairs. If they are to send out chairs to clients in such poor condition, they should come with chair covers. Truly a disgrace.

10 day cancellation policy. Weather is not forecasted that far in advance and changes. Unfortunately it is windy and cold the day of an 80th birthday and we attemped to cancel due to it being windy and unable to be outdoors because the population of the attendees are 80-90 years. They would not accommodate or refund even 50%. We should have realized with the 3.6 star review to begin with. Would not recommend.
