She skipped town with over $4000 of my non-profits money with no delivery of goods/product. This "business" is worthless and it's owner is a manipulative thief. She is an embarassment to the Ottawa small business community that she was once a part of. NO EXCUSE for stealing the money that others actually worked very hard for.
Paid for a winter hat Jan 8, 2015, chased it up in March - she offered us a free name badge as compensation for the delay. May - still no hat or name badge so started asking for a refund - contacted her by email, by phone, through her website, even went to her showroom and left a message with her staff.. she never got back to us. Eventually in August I sent a public message on FB, her response was to attack our business and ignore my request for a refund... Its now mid-September, still no hat and no sign of a refund..
