I recently purchased a fireplace insert from Creative Energy in San Mateo. I worked with Scott Campbell to identify the model that would work best in my home. Scott was great: knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He was very patient in answering my many questions. The staff that came to my home to preview/measure my existing fireplace, as well as the installers were also very good. They’re the only ones who can service our brand of spa and they don’t take the responsibility lightly. They’re very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and great to work with.
Reliable service over many years. Somewhat expensive but in San Francisco that’s understandable. these guys have kept my hot spring spa working since 1991 continuously. They don't make parts for the spa anymore but we have improvised well over the time. Dave and the other senior technician are really experts at what they do.
Very friendly and knowledgeable technician.
