Had a great experience buying a hot tub in August 2025. Scott Campbell gave us a great sales experience, really knew his stuff, helped us make an informed decision in a low pressure, consultative way. Delivery team threaded a needle to get our tub where it needed to go in our yard, and the electrician they connected me with was very professional as well. The guide for setup and balancing chemicals was surprisingly intuitive.
Creative Energy was awesome from 1st phone call to post hot tub install questions. Highly recommend. My hot tub install was a bit complicated, lots of moving pieces from deck work, electrical, old hot tub removal, and new hot tub install. Scott and Creative Energy made the entire experience amazing.
It was a pleasure to deal with Creative Energy, and we love our new hot tub! Everyone on the showroom floor was helpful and very knowledgeable (especially Scott). The tub was delivered quickly, and the delivery men were very efficient! Thanks so much!
About 4 years ago we bought a Hotsprings Prodigy tub, the saltwater version, from Creative Energy, and must say it has been excellent. It took a while to get it with the supply chains disrupted, but it was worth the wait. CE installed it without incident and supported us as we went through the learning curve of taking care of our hot tub. Now, I barely do more than dip a test stick into it weekly. Love love love the super low maintenance, the powerful jets, the reliability.
3 years later and after still getting fantastic support from Scott I thought I should really write a review! We're very happy with our Hotsprings [brand] Vanguard [model] spa. Scott was fantastic from the initial advice, quotations, deliver, install & contractor recommendations. Plus practical getting advice getting up and running and maintaining the water and you name it. He is still responsive and helpful 3 years later. We've had one minor warranty visit and the technician was fantastic too. I highly recommend!
