My First hot tub and Love it. Michelle was amazing and walked me through everything when selecting my hot tub. Michelle came out to my home and test water for me and made sure I had my tub up and running. Creative energy even sent me home with all the chemicals, ph & test strips I need to get my tub up and running at no additional cost. This family owned business knocked it out of the park. Thank you Michelle and Creative energy for 5star experience.
Don’t trust this store. I had an issue with my spa. It was only 6 months old. I tried to get help troubleshooting. Angela was very helpful. She suggested I come in an exchange a part. The “Manager” was difficult and was rude. Not surprised…they got the sale but didn’t honor their own employees recommendation. Go to another store
Fabulous! Michelle and the rest of the team were all very responsive and professional in helping us think through the options and place our order. They helped us figure out the delivery pathway and the delivery coordination and crew were great as well. We're so pleased with our new hot tub!
