Terrible communication from the office or the president. President was arrogant after I involved RICO. He had to reimbuse me based on our warranty but now informed his staff to not service us. When Nikki was in the office she was amazing. Their service technician is very response but not able to do much under the president .
Christopher Jaeckel and Robert Jaeckel stole money from my husband. They’re now in a little personal vendetta trying to discredit and intimidate him to avoid paying. They’re petty thieves, so do yourself a favor and avoid any type of business with this family, they are liars and con artists.
