I have a friend who is extremely talented at piano who I really admire because of it. I wanted to learn like he did because I love playing piano but wanted to see if I could get some further instruction that might help me improve my skills so I asked my friend who he took lessons from and hee told me he went to a place called Creative EJ. My child has been taking lessons here for a while and likes the instruction but that is the only thing that I can say is good and decent about this place. We went to a recital today (called the Creative Ej Showcase) and then a Costume Contest for Halloween. Boy were we extremely disappointed with the studio's deception around this contest. The contest was disorganized and appeared fair at first but it didn't end fairly. We are new to creative ej and started out at a different music studio and not sure if we made a good decision switching. There's people who have been there for a long time and they seem to love it but we havent' made our minds up yet. We like the instructors alot but the owners are not always pleasant to deal with. Had some scheduling problems and owners weren't nice about it. Rates are a little high for a month of tuition and no make ups are offered on holidays.
