I recently ordered a birthday arrangement for my best friend from Creative Edge Flowers in Calgary. I am a first time client. From a customer service standpoint, the experience was great! Stacey was kind, professional, and very helpful, and the flowers were delivered promptly within just a couple of hours. The ordering process itself was seamless and deserving of praise. They really went above and beyond for me and my wedding flowers highly recommend !
I was asked to send sympathy flowers for an employee and the family and chose this location due to how close they were to said employees home. I need to say I’m glad I did as Stacy has been above and beyond accommodating to the schedule of said employee and keeping me informed of what is happening with the delivery including rescheduling due to unexpected hospital visits . Highly recommend and will utilize them again in the future
