We had an incredible experience with Chad and his team! They built our dream deck exactly how we envisioned it — every detail was spot on. The team was easy to communicate with from start to finish, always responsive and professional. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they completed the project on time without cutting any corners. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the overall experience. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, skilled, and honest contractors!
Creative Earthscapes exceeded our expectations. First, the customer service was exceptional. We felt like we were their top client. Chad and Lisa provided timely communications whenever we had questions or they had an update. Second, the price of the services was competitive and reasonable. Third, even after our project was completed, Chad was accessible and provided additional services at no cost. We recommended them to several of our neighbors. We will certainly be using CE again in the future!
We hired CE to build our deck, outdoor kitchen, and pergola. We communicated our vision for a contemporary look to our outdoor structure. While CE’s pergolas are nice, they did not fit our contemporary vision. We ultimately selected a Pergolux brand pergola and opted to have their preferred installer install it since having them install it increased the length of the warranty and was less expensive than having CE install it. I would not hesitate to hire Creative Earthscapes. We had an outstanding result on the patio/pergola build that we had done. We are very happy with it! I know both Bill (Pergola team) and Rafeal (Patio team) have been contracted by Creative Earthcapes for quite some time and they and the crew are both very skilled in what they do. Chad and Team did a wonderful job! Out of all the contractors I interviewed for a retaining wall and screened porch, Creative Earthscapes was the most reasonable in price and made me feel the most at ease about going into contract with. Chad presented realistic expectations, suggestions and just made the most sense during the estimate process. The team took care of permits as well as HOA approval.
