I just had the best service from Creative Doors. In particular, I would personally like to thank Jeff Beer. He was such a professional and very understanding of my Garage Door issues. He guided me on how to replace the weather strip. It's great to see that kind of standard in today's day and age! Thank you, Jeff...Keep up the good work!
Since the installation of our garage door from this company in 2017, we have encountered persistent issues. When I contacted the manager for assistance, the interaction was frustrating; he was unresponsive and I had to prompt him to engage in the conversation. He failed to take responsibility for the poor performance of the service provided. I would not recommend this company for service at all and have called another company to fix their mistakes!
