I have had bad luck with the building of my shed. Creative Door checked what was built and recommended someone to do the proper framing to have the door installed. The door was installed but, the company that put the shed together did an awful job giving me an old lock that did not work and a spring that had to be returned 4 times as each time it was the wrong size. These guys are always good to go to for garage door service and info. They were good enough to chat about the issue I am having with the door opener itself. Pretty much saved me from having to dig through the internet for information in regards. Funny how we used to rely so heavy on the internet for info, but yet dealing with real people seems to be what actually works. Thanks to everyone at the shop for being great to deal with

I’ve been dealing with creative for many years. The house I purchased had this very finicky overhead door garage set up. I had to replace the spring once or twice, and there is a lot of maintenance required. Just the other day, one of the cable snapped on one side. I could clearly see it was rust and corrosion causing the weak point.
