I am a secret observer for a private company that advocates for employees. We do drop ins when I feel are necessary and come as guest in casual clothing which means no uniform so we don’t be recognized while there. I am so disappointed how they treat people with mental disabilities. Especially when the person is trying to get a decent job where he can actually work a lot of hours. Some people with mental disability likes to work long hours, and be able to get hired in the company as they try it out through a 1099 app. However my friend tried it out to the app and he got screwed over by a guy named Johnny at Kalamazoo College.
