I have been going to creative designs since I was her age, and she has been many times as well, but this was her first time with Haley. I have called multiple times, months apart and no one ever answers the call.
Everyone here is so nice and welcoming and Haley did exactly what I was looking for. I struggled to find a hairstylist when I moved to Elmira and im so happy to have found this place and Haley!
