HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I had issues from a commercial jeweler and was not satisfied with their work, how they handled my situation, and they ultimately left my fiance without a ring for close to three months. I was a walk in, from word of mouth, to get some jewelry repaired and watch batteries replaced. The business owner, who does the jewelry repair and creation himself, was knowledgeable and honest about the repairs I was asking for. I picked up about three days later- two rings, a fine Tiffany chain, a vintage gold herringbone chain, three watches, and pearl earrings. All looking like new.
