CDI is a great company – We own a beautiful home built by Centex in El Dorado Hills. We did not select our floors or counter tops through Creative Design’s design center, but we had the opportunity to visit their store several times prior to our selection process. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and their assistance allowed us to make an informed decision about the products that would best suit our needs. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! – I bought a brand new home from Lennar. I have travertine in my master bathroom. We have hard water in my area and I noticed that my countertops had hard water spots. When CDI came out to recaulk my master shower only after living in my home for three months, I asked the worker what I could use to get the hard water spots off. He said, "I don't know, but I will call my office and tell you." He came in and told me to use any product to remove hard water spots. So I went to my local store and asked w... read more
