I had the best dealings with Mel and she is so lovely and kind. Id highly recommend her professionalism as she's wonderful!
My 79 year old husband who gets a taxi to appointments. He has diabetes and heart condition, and the receptionist does not allow him to wait in waiting room before appt. At Creative Dentures. She has told him sit on door step outside. He is not to come in to waiting room even for 5 minutes. It’s hot weather. It may be raining. He needs to sit down or he will fall over as he has bad back and hips. It’s poor treatment of patient. It’s insulting. He is treated like a 5 year old kid. They are quick to take payment from DVA.
