Dr. Black did a great job explaining tartar, bone loss, etc. He was friendly and respectful. Staff is super friendly, upbeat and care about their jobs it feels like
Scam. They will milk you out by adjusting the treatment at their own discretion without informing you. I'm facing a substantial amount of additional charges that I was not informed of. At my first visit I was told I only needed to apply some floride to my cavity as it was not a severe and Creative Dentistry suddenly changed my treatment to resin filling on the day of my second visit without giving me enough notice ahead. Just had a cleaning and got the good news—no cavities! Always a great experience here. The team is not only professional but also incredibly kind and caring. You really feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. Grateful to have such a gentle and supportive dental office. Highly recommend
I’ve had some terrible experiences with dentists in Brooklyn, but I finally found the best dental office!! Janice and Dr. Baer were incredibly kind and made me feel so comfortable! Very thankful I found a great clinic.
