Mr. Friedman is a gentleman, and exceedingly patient. I wanted to get blinds for my mother, for her birthday, and I finally call the man in September. My mother has difficulty walking, so he came within 3 days to the house, with swatches and samples of exactly what was requested. Right there, we ordered, gave a deposit. He calls us when they arrive (early, as it happened), and did not push to install any sooner than we were ready. The blinds were installed within a few hours, and cleaned up. Mr. Friedman of Creative Decorators was amazing! Not only was he quick to respond every time I called, but he was informative, patient, and quick. His prices were also MUCH MUCH better than other people who gave me estimates for the same product. Highly recommend!!!
