Awesome service with a beautiful smile.
Asked if she had availability for a cut and color and she was instantly rude. I wanted to go from dark brown to blonde. I’ve never done it so I wasn’t sure of the process and how it works. She was extremely unprofessional and said “you can’t just slap a color on there and think you’re going to get it right then” I said okay and hung up. I then called back trying to give her the benefit of the doubt despite how rude she was the first time.
