On 8/9/2025 I had an appointment with Octavia. We scheduled about 4 hours for a trim (Shaping) and a color with highlights. I'm going to describe my hair so it will you help envision what I wanted. I'm 60+ with very thick hair that grows out from the top of my head. (My son calls me a carrot.) Joanna/Joane cut and colored my hair on Saturday. First, you cannot charge $75 them have your prices on poster board on the wall. It took 4 hours, I was there almost an hour before the first foil. It was also the worst haircut I've ever received and I have to get it fixed. It is crooked in the back. I am going somewhere else and paying again to have it fixed.
