Karen at Creative Cousins Florist is outstanding. I reached out to them at noon for a delivery and she assured me it would be no problem. It was handled promptly and the arrangement was beautiful.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Creative Cousins Florist exceeded every expectation. From the moment I saw the arrangement, I was overwhelmed by how absolutely beautiful it was. Couldn't ask for a better business to represent the Cleveland community! Friendly, accommodating, andore than reasonably priced! I walked in for an unplanned birthday gift for my sister, they stopped what they were doing to reticulously created a brilliant and beautiful piece. 100% Satisfied customer who will be returning!
