The previous Florist I normally use has closed her business. I called Creative Cousins and spoke with Karen. We had a great phone conversation and I ordered an arrangement for our daughter who is doing something extraordinary. The arrangement was beautiful and there was an added touch that we can't express our appreciation enough to this company and especially Karen. I ordered an arrangement here...it was last minute. They did a great job and the customer service was on par. A couple of the flowers were partially wilted, and the store smelled like cigarettes. I would have offered 5 stars if not for that. They beat a competitor's price by 10$
