I had a wonderful experience with Creative Countertops! Nancy May was not only knowledgeable but just a great person to work with. The stone replacement in my kitchen was painless from the Quartz selection to installation. I would highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed my order for countertops through Lowe’s who uses creative countertops as their sub contractor...after placing my order with Lowe’s I was told creative countertops would contact me within 24-48 hours to set up final measurements...5 days later I had to call and Chris who couldn’t find my order eventually found it and told me that my order must have “slipped through the cracks”....After getting past this he told me we could set up final measurement but they were extremely busy so it wouldn’t b... read more
Nancy was a BIG help in educating us on the granite, quartz & corian countertops as my husband & myself weren't sure what to get and had no knowledge whatsoever. Nancy helped us to decide and we elected to go with Colonial Cream granite. Mike came out and measured our countertops with a tape measure and then digitally measured them again. He was very professional and friendly. If I called or emailed with questions, someone would get back with me right away. Another fantastic experience with the fine folks at Creative Countertops. Our quartz counter in bath is super sleek with mitered edge. Wide product selection, good communication, professional staff and final result is perfect. So many compliments we couldn't be happier!Highly recommended, will use again for sure!
