My approach to treatment is primarily Cognitive Behavioral, but with a focus on Mindfulness, Stress Reduction and learning coping strategies. Learning to be present, to worry less and be more focused in the moment is my goal with each and every client I work with. Individualizing your care is important to me. Setting goals for treatment and your life going forward gives focus to our sessions and allows you to see progress.
