2nd reply: I did not "not show up" I had a family emergency and resulted with a death in the family. So yes, I do see it as not being understand or caring place of business. Also Billing department is horrible. Tried to charge me 2 years later for appointments that were covered by insurance. Also led me on for months that my insurance was covered and it was not. Then gave me a huge bill after I specifically said "please let me know I am covered or not so I do not end up with a huge bill". Still getting monthly invoices that ... read more

Ms. Laura was the best therapist I ever had. She was my therapist prior to my placement in foster care and still continued to check on me throughout. I wouldn’t have been as comfortable in the predicaments I was in without Ms. Laura and her interns. I was 14 years old when she was my therapist. I’m 18 and doing great. I still think about you all the time. You made a great impact. So, Thank you so much Ms. Laura. You were the best therapist ever

Counseling with Janeen is great. Raines is great but billing and communication are horrible. I’ve been victimized and drained of over $800, they waited months to submit billing to BCBS and assured they were covered. I have 50 pages of documents showing misrepresentation and bad business. And led along for months. Nothing ever resolved. Site is unlicensed and not covered under division of health. Do not use Christa lied and didn’t call BcBs as documented by her.
