Highly unprofessional. This company only seems to put effort into jobs based on size, and their customer service and responsiveness are basically nonexistent. Back in 2019, we waited over a year for them to address our issue. We were repeatedly told “we will,” but nothing was ever done. When we finally got desperate and had to move forward, they later claimed they couldn’t complete the work because someone else had touched it which felt like an excuse to avoid the job. "Creative Contracting Group (CCG) did a fantastic job on our bocce courts to resolve drainage issues. Before and after pictures are attached. CCG met all contractual requirements and delivered what they promised. Eddie was extremely helpful during pre-proposal, proposal and during contract execution.
