We had a very positive experience working with Creative Conservation to insulate our attic. A.J was incredibly responsive and answered all of our questions. The project was completed in a timely manner and with great craftsmanship.
Great work these guys did, cleaned everything up, very professional, even did more by covering everything think air touches in plastic. Thank you Creative Conservation Troy branch yall are excellent!!
I do not like posting unfortunate news and wish I had a better review to post. I had Creative Conservation do open cell spray foam of my upstairs attic. My experience was ultimately good up to the point when I came home to find my door unlocked and left open, trash and insulation in the yard, piles of debris stacked in the attic and nails left all over the floor that should have been thrown out. A.J. arrived at my home, to appraise and give me the total cost to remove the existing fiberglass insulation beneath the floor, and replaced it with their foam insulation. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I accepted the offer. A date was set for the job to begin. The company had a small oversight in a project they did over 5 years ago. When the oversight was explained to them, they agreed to remedy it at no charge. I was impressed by AJ's professionalism and commitment to quality.
