In early 2022 I was in the depths of my pandemic funk (as was the style at the time) and was recovering from a significant neck injury. Robyn's coaching gave me exactly the tools I needed to recover emotionally and physically from a difficult time in my life. Robyns' understanding of the body spirit mind connection is beyond her years and her ability to connect with what's right for each participant is amazing.
