I had a very troubling encounter with the owner of Creative Concrete Company, Dave, while he was operating a company vehicle with a trailer. He was driving at an extremely reckless speed—well over 55 mph in a clearly marked 35 mph zone. His aggressive driving nearly caused a serious accident when he came dangerously close to hitting my vehicle.
