I choose this company based off reviews and talking to the salesman. Unfortunately my project was not completed to my expectations. The fit and finish is poor. When I attempted to have a conversation with my sales rep, he refused to talk by phone and insisted email or talking with the carpenter. This infuriated me. I had to request two of the cross beans be replaced because the had a split that ran the entire length of the board. Perfect patio! They did an awesome job on my patio and front steps They were very efficient and communication as the project went on was excellent. Very very professional company I highly recommend. The delivered exactly what I wanted!
Caleb and his team made the process easy from the very beginning. They were always clear with communications, easy to reach, and very prompt to respond when I had questions. Pat, in the office, never failed to get a message to the appropriate person to get my question answered, usually within a few hours. This was a great company to work with. Our deck is beautiful. So much more than we had imagined! We can’t wait to take full advantage of it this summer and beyond!
Creative Concepts & Design created an absolutely incredible experience. As is with most large decisions, trusting a company to create a concept that you are estatic with as well as the the challenges to agree to the right materials, colors, etc. can be a huge task.
