Ciera is absolutely AMAZING! I had an awful hair experience and Ciera was recommended, and has been my hairdresser ever since. I always walk out feeling amazing and confident. Ciera even does my 4 yr olds cuts now. She is amazing with the kiddos, and absolutely knows her craft. Ciera was my hairdresser I went in to get gray toner out of my hair. She took upon herself to bleach it resulting in yellow hair. I did not get what I ask for. She also cut off my sides against my asymmetrical cut. It’s now square. She made excuses for it and told me it was pretty. It’s canary yellow. At 185$ and a twenty dollar tip, she didn’t even agree to fix it. Doesn’t stand by her work. I would not recommend her for anyone wanting highlights
