Called and sent pictures of what we wanted for a memorial spray of flowers at the last minute and they put together exactly what we wanted at a reasonable price. Very pleased with the service and flower arrangement - thank you!

poor customer service, I tried to use the local flower shop and I called at 20 mins to 12pm. They close at 12, the lady that answered was rude. I expressed I wanted to send something to a funeral, she replied "well - you will have to send a plant because we close in 20 mins and I don't have time to make something with fresh cut flowers. I didn't want either - I wanted to send a lantern or stone. She clearly didn't have time or want my business!!!!! - so much for supporting local!

I ordered a floral spray last week for a funeral. With photos and a couple of conversations before pick up Creative Concepts hit it out of the ballpark with the arrangement they created. Reasonably priced too. Thanks so much for your attention and care folks!
