Went for all over hair color and added highlights but ended up with orange brown in front of hair gray not covered on top or back and spots of black hair. Ask omg what happened and Jill who did my hair said well u wanted it lighter. Not true at all. My hair is dark rich brown . But I had alot of gray come in and she didnt factor it in. Wld not let her do highlights. C.she got paid 85 bucks. 2 weeks later I notified her to correct my hair or give money back. Stay away from this place.,especially jill
