Ordered flowers and a basket of snacks for mothers day. Due it to being a busy day for them they were upfront and honest about it having to a day early and my mother loved the gift. Also when i forgot to respond to email Ellie called me right away to confirm what day and what snacks i wanted so as to not slip delivery time.
Didn't tell me about extra fees so I cancelled and she hung up on me and dropped the phone so I had the chance of listening to the conversation. Terrible. If its not refunded I will be definitely calling back and putting a notice into my credit card.
