Started calling over a month ago to get my vehicle in and was not getting a response so called in three times last week and finally got in touch with someone who then referred me to someone else to get on the schedule. A week has gone by and still have not heard back. Even if they are busy or booked out can at least get back to the customer in a timely manner. Strongly encourage looking elsewhere which I did and was able to get in the next day.
