I hired Creative Coating to coat my garage floor. I had a coating on the floor previously that was peeling up, and they promised me they would grind it all off. They did not grind it all off, but left a large portion of the old coating on. I selected a less busy pattern of flakes. They completely disregarded that; I have a very busy pattern that makes it impossible to find any small parts dropped. They put the floor epoxy on my garage floor a few years back and it looked great. Now it’s starting to chip. I have left 3 messages to see if the floor is under warranty or if they can fix it for me. No one is returning my calls.
I interviewed 5 separate contractors before making a decision. I talked to 3 references and looked at the jobs they did for these people. Be very careful who you choose as there are a few contractors that are questionable. Creative Coatings did an amazing job and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone that is interested in improving your garage floor. The staff of Creative Coatings are professional,knowledgeable and very respectful.
Len made our last minute planning work! His crews were pleasant, professional and timely. Creative coatings provided everything they promised and the product looks great!
